You will have to remove the driver you installed with Envy before upgrading Ubuntu to a newer release otherwise you might not have success with the upgrade. See point “C” of the FAQ on my website for further details.
There was a (stupid) typo which prevented Envy from packaging the ATI legacy driver properly. Let me know how it goes

If you use an ATI legacy card you might want to upgrade to Envy 0.9.2-0ubuntu2 * Changed: ATI unofficial workaround for the legacy driver is no longer downloaded from phoronix (since they were removed) but from albertomilone.com
A user reported that Nvidia is using this image on its main page: OF COURSE it doesn’t have anything to do with the “Envy” I develop but I find it kind of funny.
