Envy uses its own parser instead of aticonfig

Envy now uses its own parser instead of aticonfig. Why? Aticonfig in driver 8.36.5 has a bug which sometimes just renames your xorg.conf without providing you with a new one.

You can get
Envy STABLE
0.9.3-0ubuntu4
and

ENVY UNSTABLE
0.9.4-0ubuntu5

here

Time to go to bed, I guess (it’s 01:34 AM in Italy).

  1. Hey Alberto,

Just wanted to say thanks. Envy is a really useful application, and it’s pretty cool that you are maintaining it by yourself. Keep up the good work! And yes.. get some sleep.. 🙂
